Like the other members of the family, OSLON SX is housed in a small compact 3 x 3 mm package. It is small but with its high performance there is no need to hide it away. With an optical efficiency of e.g. 73 lm/W for cool white it belongs in the 0.5 W class and lasts at least 50,000 hours. It has an integrated silicon lens which guarantees the correct beam angle. At 60° the focused beam is ideal for signal and warning lamps. The long life of the small LED means that it can easily handle working day in, day out on unpopular long-term motorway construction sites and still have the capacity to keep on working long afterwards. As a light source for taillights on motorbikes the SX is a “long-distance runner” that makes riding on two wheels much safer in the dark.

OSLON SX fitted in reading lights in vehicles provides surprisingly bright light without disturbing the driver or other passengers. Thanks to these properties and its impressive thermal stability, OSLON SX is truly multitalented. Available in red, green, blue, yellow or white, it is certain to find more and more applications.
