Hello! My name is Bettina Deiminger and I am 37 years old. Before I got into plant management at OSRAM Opto Semiconductors I worked as an engineering technician.

I now work as a planner for relocations, office equipment and events, which is a lot of fun but you need a talent for organising and working with people.

My daily work is dominated by relocations, planning office spaces and equipping offices. I also prepare all the media technology and seating for in-house events.

I keep myself fit for the job by participating in the range of internal company training courses. I love the flexible working times - which keep my personal and professional lives running in harmony.
