In three and a half years you will learn everything it takes to get production running smoothly: from metal working to electrotechnology and electronics to programming, from planning, assembling and installing new plants to getting them running for the first time and maintaining them. There is a fault in the electrical or mechanical system - can you locate it? Problems in the ports and interfaces? Eliminate them. Give your customers solutions which fit like a glove. You control your projects from the very start and work on them until they are successfully completed. That does not just satisfy your customers, it improves your personal self-esteem and confidence as well.
 
To join us you need good school exam results at 16 or 18 years old. You should be familiar with English and have an aptitude for mathematics and physics. You need to be a team player and be ready to take responsibility and make decisions.
