During your apprenticeship you will learn all the processes involved in work preparation - from inspecting, measuring and adjusting the individual plant components and instruments to running fully-automated production equipment. You ensure that the plant is ready for use and isolate faults and trouble spots. By evaluating test results, you recognise opportunities for improvements which push the company on to achieve new levels of performance. This gives you an excellent foundation for an exciting professional future.

  The stages of your apprenticeship
  1st Year: Installation technology, plant and system training, assembly technology
  2nd Year: Plant technology, specialist training in construction and development, control technology, building safety, maintenance
  3rd Year: Plant technology, specialist training in fault detection
  Final examination: Chambers of Industry and Commerce
  Duration: 3.5 years
