Objective
This program is established with an "end-In-Mind" where OSRAM uses a strategic approach to build pipeline resources, providing a "homegrown" talent with a long-term availability to the company.

Eligibility
Tertiary educated Malaysian graduates with NO working experience.

Condition of employment
Hired as a full time permanent employee.

Training
As part of the program, all newly hired fresh graduates will undergo a structured 12-18 month training that will include both e-Learning and classroom training.

Selection criteria

• Have a consistent "Performing" academic record (Minimum CGPA of 3.0 for local students)
• Active participation in co-curricular activities
• Have good written and communication skills in English
